This high limit thermostat has a limit of 260 degrees Fahrenheit. Meaning that it will cut out when the internal dryer temperature reaches 260. This thermostat cuts back in when the temperature drops by 70 degrees Fahrenheit. -

The motor has 1-3/4" blower, 1-3/4" drive shafts, and a pulley. The blower screws directly onto the motor shaft with a left-hand thread. It works on Whirlpool, Kenmore, Roper, KitchenAid, and other brands. -
This heating element consists of two pieces: a metal tube and a coil. The heater coil will heat up and glow red to produce heat for the dryer. If there is no heat to your dryer the heater may need to be replaced.
